STEPS: Application process
PHASE 1 : Send RESUME / CV
ONLINE : Send resume via email using the preferred format in our Resume format page found in this website. Refer to the specified email address according to your preferred job position. Please include answered questionnaire below when sending resume via email. see illustration (email subject format) in photo and links page
OFFLINE: Send resume via courier at our stated address found in this website or bring resume and credentials personally. Refer to the requirements page found in this website.
All resume / CV will be downloaded and filed.
PHASE 2 : Selection of candidates for interview
All Resumes / CVs received are subject for sorting and review. Candidates who qualify the mentioned qualifications specified by the employer found in our Job Opening page will be scheduled for interview notified by email and phone call.
Candidate will be advised to provide further proof or authenticity of their documents.
PHASE 3 : Agency interview
Bring three (3) copies each of the requirements on the day of agency interview. Each set must be enclosed in a clear transparent white long folder with slide *Whole Body picture required (Colored, 4R size, Plain background, Formal/Corporate/Office attire)
Dress code: Casual suit, preferably in Formal/Corporate/Office attire

You will be advised if your application will pursue or marked for reservation to any vacancies that fits your expertise relative to your education, trainings and work experience. (repeat PHASE 2)
PHASE 4: Employer interview and selection
All pre-qualifying candidate’s documents will be forwarded to our Employer for their discretion. They will randomly/selectively interview candidates whom they sought to pass their standards through email or phone call without agency’s intervention.
PHASE 5 : Confirmation of Selection
Employer will notify the agency of their selection. Candidate is subject to comply with the employer’s request (training, driving lesson, certificate of attendance, etc…) prior to their employment to satisfy any reconsideration.
Any failure to comply with such valid request, selection will be revised, immediate replacement are entertained.
PHASE 6 : Employment Contract
All Employer selected candidates will be notified by the agency. Awaiting Employment Contract and other proof of Employment. Elaboration of contract’s terms and condition, explicit detailed work description.
PHASE 7 : Embassy Screening
Documents required for Working/Immigrant VISA are carefully prepared for processing.
Medical Exams are prior to embassy’s designation.
PHASE 8 : Forwarding documents to POEA
Registration of overseas contract worker in POEA, OWWA
PHASE 9 : Pre-Departure Orientation and Seminar (PDOS)
PDOS after release of VISA, Medical result, airfare ticket.
PHASE 10 : Assessment of fees and set for departure.
Final Orientation and Recommendation.
